Position Overview

Compensation and Benefits

The expected hourly wage for this role is $15.25, varying by location, expertise, education, and experience. Eligible associates and their families can access limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability benefits. Additionally, associates may enroll in the company's 401(k) plan and accrue paid time off up to 152 hours annually, which includes PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick leave is available up to 64 hours per year, subject to legal requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Process various sales transactions efficiently.
  • Encourage customer participation in company initiatives.

Qualifications:

Who You Are:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, with adherence to attendance policies.
  • Physical capability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, and safely navigate ladders.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift.
