Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at our Upper North Shore location. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients with a range of conditions, including orthopaedic, neurological, and reconditioning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
  
• Prescribe and administer equipment, treatments, and interventions to promote recovery and independence
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• 
  
• A degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
  
• Current registration with the relevant professional association
  
• Proven experience in rehabilitation settings, preferably in an inpatient and outpatient environment
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing excellent patient care
