About the Opportunity

The Contract Management Executive plays a critical role in procuring goods and services that support Ventia's operations across Australia, ensuring successful contract management.

Based in our Toowoomba office, you will work collaboratively with a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional results.

The role entails:

  • Managing internal client requisitions and coordinating procurement activities
  • Evaluating and selecting suitable suppliers based on quality and price
  • Collating and maintaining accurate data records
  • Resolving queries and issues within the team and other departments
  • Maintaining effective communication with suppliers
