Meet the requirements to excel in a role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. You will greet customers, offer solutions, handle transactions, and replenish stock while maintaining high visual standards.

The position involves working across a rotating or set roster in a six-day trading store with a focus on delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive services and product advice to both trade and retail customers
  • Offer tinting services to meet customer requirements
  • Manage inventory levels including receiving and stocktaking
  • Process orders in-store and by phone
  • Replenish stock effectively
  • Build strong relationships with repeat customers and colleagues
  • Stay updated on the latest color forecasts and product releases
  • Contribute to visual displays, store presentation, and housekeeping
  • Maintain compliance with safe work practices

About You:

  • Hold a valid driver's license to facilitate local deliveries
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Have prior experience in a customer-facing role
  • Be skilled in stock handling and merchandising
  • Be capable of performing manual tasks including lifting 15L cans of paint
  • Have basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems or relevant technical expertise
  • Display numeracy skills sufficient for processing transactions and understanding tint percentages/ratios
  • Be able to follow instructions and work independently
  • Apply problem-solving skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Trade experience is highly valued
  • Proficiency in color and design choices is desirable
