Training Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to deliver high-quality training content and assessments to internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging learning materials, managing the assessment process, and maintaining industry currency in relevant Safe working competencies.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver accredited and non-accredited training in line with business objectives, contractual obligations, and Australian Qualifications Framework standards.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for learners.
- Design and implement courseware that aligns with business policy, procedures, and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) standards.
- Establish effective relationships with learners to ensure accurate responsibilities are established.
- Contribute to regular review and ongoing compliance of courseware to RTO standards.
- You have experience working within the rail corridor, performing Safe working duties such as Track Force Protection Coordinator (TFPC 3.2).
- You hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 or equivalent.
- You possess competencies required to complete the duties of a Track Vehicle Operator (TVO 1), which is preferred but not essential.
