About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity Solutions Architect to join our team at Australia Post. As an Identity Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and implementation of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions and supporting tooling that enable the Australia Post workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions and supporting tooling.
  • Work closely with the Australia Post Architecture team to develop detailed designs and system specifications for solution implementation and future integration activities.
  • Mentor and coach junior technical and support resources, upskilling them in development practices and supporting them in their career development objectives.
  • Lead the enhancement of identity platform: SailPoint and the services it supports including service management.
  • Responsible for the delivery of engineering solutions to AccessNow (Identity Governance & Administration) platform and technical consulting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in identity engineering or identity solution consulting experience with domain knowledge.
  • Delivery experience across Identity products, primarily SailPoint IdentityIQ and supporting technologies.
  • Experience in working in and managing supporting cloud technologies for the Identity solution.
  • Proven knowledge of version control and code management technologies (e.g. GitLab).
  • Experience in development and maintenance of scripting languages.
  • Proficiency with workload management and delivery tooling (e.g. Jira) and methodologies.
  • Background in delivering and supporting critical business services in a medium to large enterprise.
