We are seeking an experienced Personal Injuries Lawyer to join our thriving team on the Gold Coast.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular and effective communication.
  • Provide accurate legal advice and representation.
  • Obtain maximum compensation for clients through opening new files, internal cross referrals, progressing files in a timely manner, and resolving files with professional fees billed in accordance with targets.
  • Draft legal documents in a concise and effective manner.
  • Effectively run Personal Injury matters from start to completion in a timely manner.

Requirements
  • 2+ years PAE experience.
  • Experience in personal injuries or litigation.
  • Autonomy and the ability to seek assistance when needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional drafting skills.
  • Effective communication and workload management skills.
  • A stellar team player.
