Job Title:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of commercial landscapes while incorporating sustainable land management practices.
About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits. You will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services, including lawn care, mowing, and snipping, as well as landscape maintenance and plant care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lawn care, mowing, and snipping
- Landscape maintenance and plant care
- Pest and weed control
- Hardscape maintenance
- Seasonal cleanup and debris removal
Conservation and Land Management Duties:
- Native plant installation
- Weed identification
- Implementing sustainable landscaping practices
- Habitat restoration and management
- Collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals
Requirements:
- Grounds Maintenance Experience: Proven experience in commercial grounds maintenance is essential.
- Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is crucial when it comes to maintaining the aesthetics of commercial properties.
- Reliability: Dependability is key in delivering consistent and high-quality maintenance services.
- Qld Construction White Card: Possession of a Qld Construction White Card is required.
- Chemical Spray Experience: Experience with chemical spraying for weed control and pest management is preferred.
- Own Transport: You should have access to your own transportation to get to crew meeting point.
