About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Leader to join our team at Ivory Group. As a Senior Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the architectural industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Revit and other industry-standard tools
  • Registration as an architect or engineer is desirable
