Job SummaryThis role is responsible for managing the procurement process, from initial planning to final delivery. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
About the RoleThe Procurement Officer will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end procurement processes for various transactions across different lifecycle stages.
- Implementing and monitoring procurement systems and practices for compliance and probity.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to manage procurement needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Preparing, publishing, and managing procurement documents using e-tendering and automated systems in line with legislation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience demonstrating a strong understanding and capability in procurement.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
