Commercial Cleaning Position

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Cleaner to undertake general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping of office and retail precincts, vacuuming, disinfecting areas such as public spaces, meal rooms, offices, bathrooms, manual handling and lifting of equipment, using a buffer, high-pressure washer, scrubber and floor sweeper, removal of rubbish, and use of chemicals to sanitise and disinfect.

The ideal applicant will have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General cleaning
  • Sweeping and mopping of office and retail precincts
  • Vacuuming
  • Disinfecting areas such as public spaces, meal rooms, offices, bathrooms
  • Manual handling and lifting of equipment
  • Using a buffer, high-pressure washer, scrubber and floor sweeper
  • Removal of rubbish
  • Use of chemicals to sanitise and disinfect

Requirements:

  • Reliable transport
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A national criminal history check is required for this role

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm
