Trade Support Associate Role

The Trade Support team is responsible for establishing and maintaining trading activity across a range of financial market products. This role involves working with traders and sales teams to validate and process trades, ensuring timely allocation and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and process trades in various products, including interest rate derivatives, fixed income, FX, credit derivatives, and equities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely allocation of trades, reconciliations, and report generation.
  • Work closely with other trade support team members and stakeholders to ensure successful administration of trades.
  • Maintain procedures, including testing and implementation of new processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market developments in products, processing, and confirmation standards.
  • Provide informative management reporting and adhere to the code of conduct.

Requirements:

  • Well-developed relationship building skills to maintain and enhance trader and operations relationships.
  • Highly tuned risk mindset with exposure to complex products in highly regulated environments.
