Job Description

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will provide essential and practical care to help older people live independently in their homes. Your role will involve providing personal care, helping with daily tasks, and assisting with transportation to appointments.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $29.56 to $32.45 per hour, plus 99c/km + paid travel time. You will also receive a mobile phone, full training, and access to Certificate III in Aged Care training. Other benefits include salary packaging, Fitness Passport membership, and First Aid Certificate provision.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have a valid Driver's Licence, access to an insured, reliable car, and a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support qualification. Previous experience in aged or community care is preferred, but not necessary. We offer flexible rostering to accommodate your needs.

You will be patient, solutions-focused, and able to relate to people from diverse backgrounds. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will work independently, making decisions and taking initiative to provide high-quality care to our clients.
