We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our team. Job Description:As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to our clients. This will involve working closely with individuals, families, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and goals, and developing and implementing tailored plans to achieve these outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' occupational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans, in collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide direct therapy services, including goal setting, skill development, and equipment prescription.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
