Research Development Manager Job Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Research Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in developing and leading projects and initiatives that support our vision as a research-intensive organization.

About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to work with the Research Executive to deliver on a number of key projects associated with enhancing our capacity to attract and deliver high-performing research. You will be responsible for actively contributing to the provision of high-quality research activities and supporting the development of research projects and programs that benefit service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead projects and initiatives to support research activities.
  • Work closely with the Research Executive to deliver key projects and enhance our research capacity.
  • Contribute to the development of research projects and programs that benefit service users.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in research development and management.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and information to inform research decisions.
