Train to be a Civil Construction Professional

Achieve Group is committed to developing the next generation of skilled workers in the civil construction industry. We are seeking a motivated individual to undertake a traineeship leading to a nationally recognized Certificate II in Civil Construction.

This traineeship offers a fantastic opportunity to learn while you earn and gain hands-on experience in a rapidly growing industry. As a Construction Trainee, you will assist with site preparation and maintenance, work with tools and equipment, follow safety procedures, and support tradespeople in various tasks such as road construction, concreting, pipe laying, and earthworks.

You will also participate in on-the-job and classroom-based training, gaining skills and knowledge in civil construction. Our experienced professionals will mentor you throughout your traineeship, providing guidance and support to help you succeed.

We offer a competitive salary of AU$55,000 per year, which includes full-time entitlements. You will also have opportunities for career progression upon completion of the traineeship.

To be successful in this role, you should have no previous experience but a strong interest in civil construction. A White Card is essential, and you must hold a C Class minimum driver's license (or ability to obtain one). Basic literacy and numeracy skills, as well as a positive attitude and commitment to safety practices, are also required.
