Leadership Opportunity in State Management

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our operations in South Australia.

About the Role
  • Achieve operational excellence across all SA centres through strategic partnerships and customer-centric approach.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation by fostering a culture of collaboration and expertise sharing.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with our Chief Operating Officer on state-level strategy and growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with our organisational vision.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive performance through occupancy optimisation, staff engagement, and customer satisfaction by leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen our valued partnership with stakeholders, including the Department for Education, to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Change & Innovation: Champion continuous improvement initiatives across all centres, embracing emerging trends and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 5+ years senior operational leadership experience, preferably in early childhood education.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful leadership or management experience within early childhood education, driving growth and excellence.
  • Strong working knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and compliance frameworks.
