As a key leader at the Loddon Mallee Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect Centre, you will support and guide a team that delivers authentic, peer-led assistance to families and carers. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a supportive and empowering environment for both your team and the individuals they assist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and lead a team to deliver high quality services providing authentic, peer-led support and assistance to family and carers.
  • Utilise your own lived and living experience of mental ill health and recovery to inform your work and the work of the team.
  • Deliver high quality counselling services and psychological clinical therapies utilising counselling modalities in line with professional and National Standards.
  • Deliver solution-focused, peer-led supports either on a one-on-one basis or via facilitation of peer-led groups.
  • Effectively lead and foster the development of a team to provide best quality services, as defined in the Connect centre service model.
  • Coach staff to think deeply, develop creative solutions and remain motivated in meeting people's needs and preferences.
