Electrification Strategist

As Head of Electrification, you will lead the development and delivery of RACV's home electrification proposition, working closely with the Energy Leadership Team to drive business growth and innovation.

You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to promote the adoption of electrified solutions and services, collaborating with internal stakeholders, including RACV Solar, the Home & Energy Division, JET Charge, ChargeFox, and Home Trades Hub Australia.

Key accountabilities include:

• Identifying and executing new initiatives, propositions, partnerships, and customer propositions to increase volume, revenue, and value for the Home Electrification P&L.
• Delivering a continuous program of product innovation and development to position RACV as a market leader in home electrification.
• Leading the end-to-end product management process for the home energy segment, including ideation, roadmap development, product prioritization, investment case development, and go-to-market campaigns.
• Identifying and participating in the execution of M&A opportunities and formation of strategic partnerships that support the delivery of the RACV electrification strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years' experience in new energy.
• Strong track record in design, development, and delivery of new products/services for consumer markets.
• Relevant university qualification in Business or related discipline.
• Proven experience in operating and influencing at senior levels within an organization (C-Suite to Board level).
• Experience in energy products and services, including renewables, storage, EVs, VPPs, and retail energy.
