Job Position Overview

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced and skilled General Practitioner to join our healthcare team on a locum basis.

  • Maintain the highest standard of patient care and safety by demonstrating a thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and common law obligations.

  • Foster strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals through exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ensure accurate and detailed patient records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and best practice guidelines.

  • Identify and address any unsafe practices or contraventions of law, promoting a culture of vigilance and accountability within the practice.

  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedural guidelines that have legal implications, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, advancements, and technologies to improve patient outcomes and care.

Key Requirements

  • AHPRA Registration (General Practice)

  • FRACGP or FACRRM Qualification
