About the Role

As a Trade Counter Assistant in Sunbury, you'll play a crucial role in helping plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects. Your tasks will include:

  • Safe loading and unloading of supplier and branch vehicles
  • Using your computer skills for order processing and stock administration
  • Accurate receipting, checking, and locating of goods into the Branch
  • Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch
  • Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
  • Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service who enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone. You should be able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate. A forklift license is preferred.
