Shared Services Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Shared Services Professional to join our organisation.

About the Role:

  • Oversee and be responsible for managing accounts payable, cash disbursement, accounts receivable, and cash receipting functions.
  • Liaise with Procurement to ensure adequate internal controls and efficient processing in procure to pay process.
  • Maintain and develop procedures for managing credit risk in accordance with company policies and commercial practices.
  • Liaise with customer experience and sales teams to ensure systems enable customer requests to be processed professionally and timely manner.
  • Review accounts for bad debt provisions in accordance with company policy.
  • Manage relationship with third-party providers such as credit reporting agencies and debt collection agencies.
  • Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place for managing treasury activities.
  • Liaise with IT to develop system enhancements and digital solutions to improve processing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any system changes or upgrades applicable to AP & AR functions.

The Ideal Candidate:
