Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of warehouse and distribution staff to achieve high levels of productivity and morale.
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Manage daily operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing temperature-controlled goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure the accuracy of stock records.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless and timely deliveries.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the distribution center.

Requirements:

  • Prior exposure to a fast-paced retail FMCG environment.
  • Solid understanding of storage, inbound, and outbound operations.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and logistics software.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
