As a key member of the pastoral care structure, you will play a significant role in fostering a nurturing environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a POL 3 Leadership position, providing strategic direction and guidance to the College community.
- Teach and inspire students as an ongoing member of the teaching staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote student well-being and academic success.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure every student's experience is personal, enabling, and formative.
- Uphold the College's values while promoting inclusivity and excellence in education.
To be considered for this exceptional role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications and leadership experience.
- Hold VIT registration or be eligible.
- Valid Working With Children and Police Check.
- Up-to-date Professional Teacher's Accreditation.
