The Shared Services finance team is seeking a motivated full-time Accounts Receivable Officer to join its team in Surfers Paradise.

About the Role

This role will involve:

  • Liaising with properties, internal departments and travel agents/wholesalers to resolve accounts receivable enquiries.
  • Issuing invoices to travel agents, allocating and receipting payments.
  • Following up travel agents for overdue accounts, assisting with Credit Card disputes and actioning adjustments from the Central Reservations team.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A team-oriented approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
