Electrical Team Leader

This role involves overseeing a team of skilled electricians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams and knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
Main Responsibilities:- Organize and direct the work of electricians, including evaluations and time approval.
- Diagnose, delegate, instruct, and carry out complex activities involving equipment repair, installation, calibration, and maintenance.
- Maintain adherence to safety best practices and principles, and ensure electrical equipment is properly maintained according to Federal, State, and Local Codes.
- Create and manage work orders, prioritize daily tasks, and implement preventative measures.
- At least two years of experience in industrial electrical work.
- Prior experience leading teams is essential.
- Familiarity with the wood products industry is advantageous.
