We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and driven professionals to join our team as Member Consultants. This excellent opportunity allows you to work closely with our Manager to develop and grow the member-base and revenue within the business.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales of new memberships
  • Constant member contact via sales systems
  • Achieving monthly KPIs
  • Proactively seeking new membership opportunities
  • Promoting the brand and image within the community
  • Help create a great club culture with a strong focus on member retention through quality customer service

Requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience and desire to work with a wide range of clients
  • General Administration skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated and passionate about health and fitness

Working Hours:

Casual hours will include but not limited to Mon - Thurs 3pm-7:30pm, Fri 2pm - 6pm and must be available to work SATURDAY.
