
Ticketing Services Leader

A key role for a successful leader to manage and improve our ticketing services.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of our ticketing services. The ideal candidate will have experience in people management, data analysis and customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a high-performing team through effective coaching and development.
- Analyzing data and customer feedback to drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall ticketing service experience.
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure system upgrades and enhancements are implemented successfully with minimal customer impact.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in people management and ticketing sales and services in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior customer service skills with a customer-first mindset and previous experience in managing escalations and conflict resolution.
- Experience using customer data and insights to achieve exceptional customer service outcomes and drive a continuous improvement philosophy.
