About the Position

To excel in this role, you will be responsible for delivering data quality through precise mapping, cleansing, monitoring, and process improvements. This includes ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across business units.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the migration of data into our CRM system by creating source-to-target mappings, cleansing datasets, validating data fields and formats, and collaborating on test migrations and reconciliation activities.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify and resolve data issues, contribute to post-migration quality assurance, and document data definitions, mapping rules, and validation processes.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality data capture, maintenance, and analysis across business units by monitoring data accuracy, cleansing records, upholding local data standards, and supporting system updates.
  • Support performance and operational reporting through data wrangling, collaborating on dashboard development, and contributing to the generation of internal data insights.
About You
  • You'll bring: A relevant degree or substantial experience in a data, systems, or analytics role.
  • Incredible attention to detail, an ability to manage time effectively, and excellent communication skills with people of varying technical literacy.
  • An advanced understanding and ability as an IT user.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems and a strong knowledge of data management tools.
