About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistant to join our team at Bupa Tamworth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our modern care home.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning patient rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Conducting general cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection.
  • Following health and safety regulations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing exceptional service and interacting with residents and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous cleaning experience who is a team player and enjoys interacting with people. You will have a strong understanding of work health, safety, and hygiene practices and be able to work independently.
