Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role involves providing comprehensive nursing services to patients with various medical conditions, including neurological, rheumatology, cancer, transplant, LVADs, aged care, orthopaedic, and HIV patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing education and support to clients on managing their health conditions and promoting independence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree or higher.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant state or territory board.
  • Experience working in a dynamic and supportive environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
