Refrigeration Installation Expert

The Refrigeration Specialist will play a crucial part in supporting the preparation of technical submissions for tendering activities, revising costs and managing recommendation documentation related to refrigeration installation.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate, plan and manage refrigeration services for new-store and refurbishment projects within agreed timeframes;
- Manage day-to-day procurement (including all tendering activities) of refrigeration investment;
- Support the development of the tendering strategy for all refrigeration investment (design, installation & maintenance);
- Establish the scope and specifications of the contract for which the submission is being prepared;
- Ensure engineering design intent is maintained throughout scoping and tendering activity;
- Accountability for Safety/Time/Cost/Quality for refrigeration scope of works;
- Trade qualification – Certificate III in Refrigeration or relevant tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline;
- Minimum 5 years experience in Construction projects;
- General Construction Industry White Card;
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications;
