About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our Johnson & Johnson Rheumatology team in New South Wales, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to grow our Rheumatology portfolio business in the NSW North territory.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tactical account plans to achieve sales and activity goals for the territory and state
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver therapeutic Rheumatology sales objectives and targets
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with target customers, including Key Clinicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Pharmacists
  • Provide highly technical information to key customers and implement a Key Account Management strategy to grow the Rheumatology portfolio business in your territory
Requirements
  • Proven sales track record in selling to hospital Specialists and other stakeholders
  • Experience working in Biologics, Rheumatology, or Immunology is highly advantageous
  • Ability to uncover customer needs, action insights, and adapt sales approach to suit
  • High level of business acumen with proven ability to adopt an account management approach to the business and customer base
  • Strategic mindset with sound competitor awareness
  • High level EQ to work well autonomously and as part of a team
