As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing general servicing and maintenance of vehicles to the highest standards
  • Identifying and repairing technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assessing additional work as needed to meet customer requirements
  • Completing work per Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and company standards to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Road testing vehicles to ensure safety and reliability
  • Ensuring quality and timely work as per Repair Order instructions to meet customer expectations
  • Conducting quality checks on all work to maintain high standards

We're looking for someone with:

  • A passion for automotive technology and a desire to learn and grow
  • Completion of Year 10 or equivalent
  • Commitment to a 4-year apprenticeship, including practical studies at TAFE through our Award-winning D.R.I.V.E Program
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Honesty, trustworthiness, and punctuality to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Driver's license desirable but not essential
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Some knowledge of motor vehicles is desirable but not essential
  • Willingness to learn and reliability to adapt to changing circumstances
