Retail/Commercial Cleaner Job Opportunity

Job Overview:

A Retail/Commercial Cleaner is required to perform various cleaning tasks in a retail environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and office and amenities cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Environmental Maintenance: Sweep and mop floors to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  2. Surface Preparation: Buff surfaces to remove dirt and dust, ensuring a hygienic work area.
  3. Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean offices and amenities to maintain a tidy and hygienic atmosphere.
  4. Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other cleaning tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Physical fitness to lift heavy cleaning equipment.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work on a casual basis, typically 2 days per week, with flexible hours. Weekend work may be required.
