We operate a state-of-the-art care home in Caulfield, Victoria. Our mission is to provide a supportive environment that prioritizes the health, lifestyle, and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of Person-First Leisure and Lifestyle Programs within our facilities.
- Lead a team of wellbeing carers responsible for promoting emotional and physical rehabilitation through person-first recreational activities.
- Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to ensure alignment of activities to suit individual needs.
- Desirable: Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or degree level qualifications.
- Previous experience gained in a similar role or caring for the elderly within an aged or community care setting.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to solve problems independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
