Your Focus
  • Design and implement sophisticated campaign analytics and insights for our core cashback business and retail media.
  • Collaborate closely with business and engineering stakeholders to refine our overall business strategy.
  • Integrate diverse tools and systems to ensure a rigorous and effective approach, identifying optimal sources for valuable insights.
  • Devise A/B and multivariate testing strategies across all digital channels, ensuring tests are statistically significant and easily interpretable.
  • Develop automated post-campaign analysis reporting and insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Segment appropriate cashback campaign audiences using statistical techniques.
  • Collaborate with our retail media team to develop and maintain targeted media audiences, enhancing advertising effectiveness.
  • Utilize analytics to refine audience segmentation and optimize media campaign performance.
  • Design and implement automated post-campaign analytics for the media business, measuring advertising and promotional success and providing actionable insights based on key performance indicators.
  • Co-create problem statements with relevant stakeholders to drive business-wide commercial and customer results efficiently.
About You
  • Extensive expertise in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Knowledge of statistical modelling techniques such as regression, clustering & segmentation, and time series modelling.
  • Experience on analytical platforms such as Amplitude, Kevel, mParticle, Braze, and Apps Flyer.
  • Strong business stakeholder management skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Proven experience leveraging data to uncover insights, predict behaviour, and add value, supporting ambitious business goals.
  • Possess a curious mind, resilience, and a drive for innovation, demonstrating autonomy and conscientiousness in problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a top-tier consulting firm or industry, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Commercial acumen demonstrated by a deep understanding of business drivers and strategies for sustainable growth.
