We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability through effective financial planning and analysis.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Business, Commerce or a related field and possess Partly Qualified / Qualified CA / CPA certification. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance leadership role is required, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Budget Preparation and Forecasting
    • Develop and manage the group budget and forecast timetable
    • Establish standard models for regional data collection and coordinate across business units for input collection
    • Manage the build for Onsite support functions and load into the OnBudget system
    • Consolidate regional P&L estimates and review for accuracy
  • Monthly Estimate and Close Process
    • Manage the month end estimate and close process, liaising with Branch Managers as required to deliver accurate Monthly P&L's
    • Review and process GL entries
  • Insurance Management
    • Manage the national insurance renewal with support from the management accountant

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial planning and analysis function, providing insights and recommendations to senior management on strategic and operational matters. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Commerce or a related field
  • Partly Qualified / Qualified CA / CPA certification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance leadership role
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Word
