About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Asahi Beverages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular maintenance and repair of beverage equipment, including post-mix equipment and frozen carbonated beverage machines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and be the face of Asahi Beverages to all customers and suppliers.
  • Actively troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
  • Offer fault-finding and diagnostic services, quickly interpreting the correct course of action to resolve problems.
  • Maintain all equipment in good working order through corrective and preventative measures.
  • Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies, practices, and procedures while on duty.
  • Resolve any ad-hoc issues or escalate them for resolution and follow-up as necessary.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills. You should have experience working with beverage equipment and a solid understanding of maintenance and repair principles.
