Road Development Executive

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive business growth and develop staff within the Highways & Roads market sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic vision and direction for the sector, coordinating with technical and professional services offered to clients.
- Lead an organization that will best perform within the marketplace to support clients, win new work, and provide opportunities for staff growth and development.
- Assist Regional Business Group Directors and area Business Group managers in the delivery of professional services for area projects within the market sector.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 20 years experience in planning/engineering in highway design or bridge design.
- Professional engineering license or equivalent.
- Current or past leadership positions within highway/road industry associations including AASHTO, IBTTA, and other similar organizations across the globe.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
- A minimum of 12 years industry experience including leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong skills in client management, client development, and a documented history of growing/leading a practice.
