As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing day-to-day store operations, and meeting compliance requirements.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Manage and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
• Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and stocked appropriately
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns

• Minimum 3 years' management experience in a retail or salon environment
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
