About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indigenous Employment Manager to lead our Indigenous employment initiatives across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase Indigenous employment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to build partnerships and create programs that enhance recruitment, retention, and professional development of Indigenous employees.
  • Mentor and support Indigenous employees in their career growth and development.
  • Foster strong relationships with external Indigenous organizations and communities to attract talent and maintain positive partnerships.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of Indigenous employment initiatives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a deep understanding of Indigenous cultures and communities, and a proven track record in delivering successful employment initiatives. Your ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with First Nations stakeholders is crucial.
