Food Production Assistant

We are seeking a high-performing individual to join our production team as a Food Production Assistant at our Currumbin location.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who are physically fit, team-oriented, and reliable in attendance. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have reliable transport, and be willing to work overtime with penalty rates available.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparation, measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients according to specifications. You will follow instructions and recipes accurately, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, maintain a clean and safe workspace, operate machinery (experience in industrial kitchen machinery is highly regarded), and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

The successful candidate will possess clear and concise verbal communication skills, the ability to understand and follow written instructions and recipes, knowledge of HACCP and safe food handling practices, and physical capability to perform the job. Experience in food production, industrial kitchens, or retail food (e.g., Chef, Cook) is preferred.
