System Validation Engineer Role

Our company is looking for a skilled System Validation Engineer to assist in planning, writing, implementing, and reviewing validation protocols for computer-based systems.

  • Develop and approve validation procedures, documents, test scripts, and final reports in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date validation documentation.
  • Stay current with advances in the field and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to review and update validation documentation.
  • Assess and analyze validation data, compiling reports when necessary.
  • Recommend process upgrades and improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of such improvements with senior management.
  • Participate in internal audits and external inspections as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in system validation.
  • Strong strategic thinking, implementation skills, and ability to drive results.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience with writing, reviewing, and executing validation documentation, IQ, OQ, PQ, RTM, Test Scripts, Summary Reports.
  • Knowledge of operating systems and MS Office desired.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance desired.
