Sephora is seeking a skilled Cosmetic Craftswoman to join our Cosmetic Studio team at Sephora. We are passionate about empowering customers to unleash their creativity through makeup and skincare. As our ideal candidate, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and wellness. You will be equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers. Our aim is to create a welcoming environment that inspires customers to discover new beauty trends and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to their unique makeup and skincare needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program.
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Have a passion for sharing your artistry knowledge and providing 1:1 appointments to customers.
