Job Description

The position of Neurophysiology Specialist encompasses diverse responsibilities under the direct supervision and delegatory authority of senior scientists, surgeons, and neurologists.


This role involves facilitating safe and effective conduct of invasive and non-invasive neuromonitoring, including assessment of children with paroxysmal disorders for diagnostic purposes and epilepsy surgery.


A critical aspect of this role is accurate real-time interpretation of neuromonitoring with reporting to the surgeon.


Responsibilities

  • Accurate real-time interpretation of neuromonitoring with reporting to the surgeon.

  • Ensure clinical environment is safe, equipment is functioning properly, and procedures are conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety.
