Pharmacist Position

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Pharmacist with our organization, you will play a key role in promoting the quality use of medicines and providing pharmacy-related services to our clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill this exciting position. As a Pharmacist with our organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing medication advice and education services to our clients;
  • Conducting Home Medication Reviews;
  • Contributing to existing programs of chronic disease management;
  • Providing direct assistance to ensure safe and high-quality systems are in place for the transport, stock management, storage, dispensing, and resupply of pharmacy items;
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Tertiary Education i.e. Bachelor qualification in Pharmacy or equivalent;
  • AHPRA Registration as a Pharmacist in Australia;
  • Accreditation to perform Home Medicine Reviews;
  • Registration with External Certifying Body: Registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
