ERP Data Governance Manager Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving the successful transformation of the ERP platform, ensuring seamless integration, operational efficiency, and data excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data governance, data quality, and business analysis, ideally in an ERP transformation context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, validation, and pre-go-live readiness for ERP and related systems.
  • Lead business process mapping workshops to define current and future state operations aligned with Oracle ERP transformation.
  • Develop and maintain business policies and procedures ensuring alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
  • Support the ERP Project Manager in delivering key transformation milestones offering insights on data risk mitigation and master data optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting skills.
