We are seeking an exceptional Retail Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at ESTÉE LAUDER Companies.

About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for formulating and implementing the Retail HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

The successful candidate will partner closely with the Commercial team to support employee-related matters, manage the Retail HR team, and collaborate with Senior HR Managers to identify talent plans across Point of Sales teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies during the hiring process.
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution.
  • Assuming ownership for National Enterprise Agreement; ensuring time and attendance practices are compliant with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a background in human resources, preferably 5+ years of experience within the retail industry.

The successful candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity, and offer innovative and pragmatic solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) is essential.
