Director of Claims and Income Support

The Claims Administration and Income Support team plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality claims management services.

This team is responsible for all aspects of claim income support, including assessment, assurance, payment, recoveries, claim registration, information capture, and invoice processing. They operate the Claims Contact Centre, handling incoming business-related telephone calls.

As the Director, Claims Administration and Income Support, you will lead a multi-disciplinary service delivery team within Claims Operations.

You will be responsible for financial calculations and administrative transactional activities related to claims management, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and developing these into business operations.

The Director reports to the Senior Director, Claims Operations and manages team members across multiple locations.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields like finance, accounting, compensation, business, or management.

Additional requirements include character clearance, employee health declaration, six months probationary period for new engagements, and ability to obtain and maintain Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance.
